Hong Kong-listed CMEC is a subsidiary of China’s state-owned enterprise, China National Machinery Industry Corporation. Livingstone Health Holdings has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with state-owned China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) and CPG Consultants to evaluate project collaboration opportunities in integrated healthcare infrastructure in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
In a filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on April 13, Livingstone Health states that it intends to provide consultancy services for potential projects. The MOU follows Livingstone Health’s consultancy project in Cambodia in November 2019.
