Catalist-listed MC Payment announced that Henry Ng and Shawn Ching were not re-elected as members of the board during the company’s AGM on April 28. Ng also ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating Committee of the company. Shawn’s father, Ching Chiat Kwong holds a 26% stake in MC Payment and is the largest single shareholder. Anthony Koh, MC Payment’s CEO holds around 6%.
