Arta Finance, a digital family office that’s headquartered in Singapore and the US, says it has received its capital markets services licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) on July 18.

Upon approval, the group plans to launch its platform for Singapore residents and other investing through Singapore later this year.

This comes on the back of an extensive expansion plan for Arta’s product offering and team of industry leaders, alongside its exit from stealth in 2022 with more than $120 million from Peak XV (formerly Sequoia Capital India & SEA), Ribbit and Coatue and over 140 tech and finance names including Eric Schmidt, the former CEO of Google.
