The company had previously launched the eight series of its 3-month digital commercial paper on the ADDX Exchange.

ValueMax has launched the second series of its 3-month commercial paper (CP) in digital securities under the CP Facility Programme on the SDAX Exchange.

The company expects to raise between $20 million and $50 million from accredited and institutional investors.

The digital securities are priced at 5.1% per annum and mature three months from the date of issuance.

The company had previously launched the eight series of its 3-month digital commercial paper under the CP Programme on the ADDX Exchange on Sept 12.

Shares in ValueMax closed at an unchanged 31.5 cents on Sept 15.
