For the 2HFY2024 ended March, Zixin reported revenue growth of RMB96.4 million ($17.6 million), up 92.0% y-o-y to RMB201.3 million, due to China’s gradual economic recovery and a better harvest in the period.
Khoo Thomas Clive, a member of the Khoo family, has acquired 7 million shares in Zixin Group Holdings (SGX:42W
) for $202,720, or 2.9 cents apiece.
Following the transaction, Khoo has a total of 145,491,900 shares, or 9.15% of the total number of voting shares held.
