Helen Chow, the wife of Wing Tai’s chairman Cheng Wai Keung, has acquired an additional 120,000 shares in the company for an undisclosed amount on Jan 5.

This brings her total voting shares in the company to 476,339,859, or 62.34% of the percentage of total number of ordinary voting shares.

Shares in Wing Tai closed 2 cents higher or 1.408% up at $1.44 on Jan 5.
