FWD Group Holdings has refiled its Form A1 Main Board listing application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) on March 13.
This is the third time the insurance group has filed its application to list on the bourse. FWD Group had filed to list previously in February 2022 and September 2022. The group is owned by Hong Kong billionaire Richard Li.
CMB International Capital, Goldman Sachs (Asia), JP Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley Asia were appointed as the overall coordinators for the listing.
