Entertainment company and karaoke chain operator Goodwill Entertainment has filled its preliminary offer document in anticipation of listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange
Goodwill Entertainment operates 12 “multi-entertainment” concepts across Singapore, including karaoke facilities, performance halls and dance clubs.
