Winking Studios’ initial public offering (IPO) of 27.2 million placement shares have been fully subscribed. The shares were priced at 20 cents each.
At the close of its offering on Nov 16, all placement shares had been validly subscribed for, with the application monies received amounting to $5.44 million.
Winking Studios has also issued a cornerstone tranche of 12.8 million shares at 20 cents per share.
