Fintech platform Adyen has appointed Priyanka Gargav as its country manager for Singapore, responsible for overseeing and driving the firm’s operations and growth in the country.

Aside from the new role, Gargav will also continue her role as Adyen’s head of commercial for Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

Gargav joined Adyen in 2019 as the vice president of sales for Asia Pacific. Prior to that, she held several management roles at TripAdvisor including leading the launch and development of the flights vertical and growing their instant booking business in Asia Pacific.

Adyen sees tremendous opportunity in Singapore as businesses adjust their operations to match the demand for faster, more seamless and secure options, says Gargav. “I’m excited to collaborate with our team to help businesses optimise their potential with our single platform,” she adds.

Founded in 2006, Adyen provides businesses with end-to-end payments capabilities, data-driven insights and financial products Its clients include Singapore Airlines, Grab, Cathay Pacific and Klook.
