Marilyn Tan, the deputy CEO and head of investor relations for the manager of ARA US Hospitality Trust XZL , is leaving her current appointment effective April 1.
Tan, who has served in this role since May 1, 2022, will subsequently take on the role of group head, investor relations at ESR Group.
The sponsor of ARA US Hospitality Trust, ARA Real Estate Investors 23, is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of ARA Asset Management. ARA Asset Management was acquired by ESR for US$5.2 billion ($6.92 billion) on Aug 4, 2021. The acquisition was completed on Jan 21, 2022.
Yan Lintong, the finance director of the manager of ARA US Hospitality Trust is also leaving on April 1. He will be assuming a role in ESR Group’s group finance. Yan has held his current role since June 1, 2022.
On the same day, the manager of ARA US Hospitality Trust announced the appointment of Ling Hong Liang as its chief financial officer (CFO). Ling, who will be appointed to his role on April 1 effectively, was the finance director of ARA Private Funds, real estate, from June 2022 to March this year.
Units in ARA US Hospitality Trust closed flat at 35.5 US cents on March 31.
