The sponsor of ARA US Hospitality Trust, ARA Real Estate Investors 23, is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of ARA Asset Management. ARA Asset Management was acquired by ESR for US$5.2 billion ($6.92 billion) on Aug 4, 2021. The acquisition was completed on Jan 21, 2022.
Marilyn Tan, the deputy CEO and head of investor relations for the manager of ARA US Hospitality Trust (SGX:XZL
) , is leaving her current appointment effective April 1.
Tan, who has served in this role since May 1, 2022, will subsequently take on the role of group head, investor relations at ESR Group.
