Goi currently serves as chairman of GSH Corporation and vice chairman of Envictus International Holdings and JB Foods.

Hanwell Holdings has appointed Sam Goi Seng Hui as the non-executive chairman and non-independent director of the company.

Goi currently serves on the boards of three other Mainboard-listed companies. He the executive chairman of GSH Corporation as well as vice chairman of Envictus International Holdings and JB Foods Limited. In addition, he serves as a non-executive non-independent director of Catalist-listed Tung Lok Restaurants (2000).

Based on a filing by Hanwell to SGX on March 8, he currently owns 123,735,004 shares in Hanwell, with a further 409,700 shares held in Tat Seng Packaging Group, a subsidiary of the company.

His son, Goi Kok Ming (Wei Guoming) also currently sits on the board of Hanwell as a non-executive non-independent director.

Hanwell shares closed 0.5 cents or 1.4% higher at 36.5 cents on March 8.
