In her new role, Chin will oversee the scaling of HSBC’s offshore business through new client growth, deepening client relationships and fostering stronger cross-border collaboration.
HSBC has appointed Jil Chin as its new head of international wealth hub for Singapore. Chin’s appointment was effective on Jan 6. She reports to Ashmita Acharya, head of international wealth and premier banking at HSBC Singapore.
Chin comes with 22 years of experience in wealth management and retail banking. In her roles, she has managed sales platforms for wealth and cards, as well as driven digital growth initiatives. She was most recently a Citigold & Citigold private client banking director for wealth management at Citibank Singapore.
