Abdul Jabbar Bin Karam Din will be appointed as chairman of the nominating and remuneration committee (NRC) and member of the audit and risk committee (ARC), Anthony Charles Philip Couse as member of the NRC and ARC and David Alasdair William Matheson as member of the NRC.
ESR Trust Management, the manager of Suntec REIT, has announced changes to the composition of its board and board committees with effect from Dec 31.
Notably, Chan Pee Teck Peter and Foo Yee Shoon will retire as independent non-executive directors, having reached their nine-year tenure limit. Shen Jinchu and Matthew James Lawson will retire as non-executive directors in alignment with the intended change in ownership of the manager.
