Medtecs International Corporation has appointed its CEO and Executive Director William Yang Weiyuan as deputy chairman replacing Wilfrido Candelaria Rodriguez, who resigned from the board in August 2020.
Yang is the son of Medtecs’ executive chairman, Clement Yang Ker-Cheng, and Sherry Chen Su-Tien, the non-executive chairman of Medtecs (Taiwan) Corporation, a subsidiary of the company.
