According to a Nov 20 bourse filing, Lefebvre’s new appointment comes on the back of recommendations and approval from Mermaid Maritime (SGX:DU4
) ’s board.
Mermaid Maritime has appointed Michel Lefebvre as lead independent director on the group’s board committee, with effect from Nov 20.
Lefebvre has also been appointed as a member of each of the audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee and the risk management committee.
