SIIC Environment Holdings has announced the appointed of Yang Jianwei as its new CEO on Jan 15.
Yang, who is also the executive director, chairman of the executive committee and member of the risk and investment management committee, will manage the company’s strategy, business, operation, administration and financial matters overall.
Yang previously held the role of general manager in SIIC Management (Shanghai) from December 2018, and was deputy general manager in the same company from July 2013 to December 2018.

Yang will be replacing outgoing CEO Xu Xiaobing, who has been in the position since Nov 16, 2018.
Xu’s cessation is said to be due to the re-designation of work.
Shares in SIIC closed 0.9 cent higher or 4.9% up at 19.4 cents on Jan 15.
