Eric Teng, who is currently the CEO of Straits Development, has been appointed Straits Trading’s new group chief operating officer (COO). Straits Development is a subsidiary of Straits Trading.

Teng’s appointment was effective July 1.

Before his role as CEO of Straits Development, Teng was the executive director and CEO of real estate developer Heeton Holdings (SGX:5DP) from 2016 to 2019.
