With more than 30 years of experience in Singapore’s building construction industry, Phua’s duties within the group included setting out strategic plans, steering business development, the overall management and day-to-day operations for Boldtek Holdings.
Phua Lam Soon, co-founder and CEO of Boldtek Holdings (SGX:5VI
) , passed away on Sept 1, aged 62. Phua was the company’s first director and a member of its nominating committee.
According to Boldtek’s website, Phua was the director for Logistics Construction since it was incorporated on April 25, 1992. He was also the director for Apex Projects since Oct 7, 2008. Logistics Construction was established by Phua and his wife, Ong Siew Eng. Ong is also Boldtek’s executive director.
