Boustead Singapore says it will be seeking an extension of time from the Singapore Exchange S68 Regulation (SGX RegCo) to provide updates on its exit offer for Boustead Projects .
SGX has asked both Boustead Singapore and Boustead Projects to let them know their proposal on the exit offer by Oct 26.
In a separate release, Boustead Projects says it is “considering the necessary actions” and will discuss the matter with Boustead Singapore.
Shares in Boustead Singapore closed at 84.5 cents on Sept 27.
