As at 6pm on June 21, Penguin had received a total of 191.18 million shares, or an 86.83% stake of the total number of shares in the company.
Penguin International has extended the closing date of its voluntary unconditional cash offer to 5.30pm on July 6.
The deadline is 14 days after the first closing date, which was to be at 5.30pm on June 22.
