On July 31, Relish Investments announced that it was seeking to acquire all of RE&S Holdings’ shares and take it private.
The trading of shares in RE&S Holdings (SGX:1G1
) will be suspended on and from 9am on Sept 2. The last day of trading of RE&S Holdings’ shares will be on Aug 30.
The announcement, dated Aug 26, comes after the scheme of arrangement by Relish Investments was sanctioned by the court on the same day.
