Global Palm Resources, an Indonesian-based oil palm producer, announced it will invest $3 million in GAO Black Lotus VCC. A VCC is a variable capital company.
As a VCC, the GAO Black Lotus VCC fund is incorporated as an umbrella VCC which may form multiple sub-funds, each of which constitutes a separate sub-fund of the Fund.
Tthe Company will subscribe for the participating shares issued by the Sub-Fund.The participating shares will only be offered and issued to eligible investors, who are accredited investors and/or institutional inestors, the Company will subscribe for the participating shares issued by the Sub-Fund.
