Centurion Corporation has launched its new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) brand, Epiisod, in Sydney on July 15. The brand debut comes more than a decade after the company first entered the Australian student accommodation market in 2014 with its first property in Melbourne.

Positioned as Centurion’s premium student accommodation offering, Epiisod offers modern living spaces, state-of-the-art amenities, study areas and communal zones. The new brand builds on the success of its existing PBSA brand, Dwell, which provides students in Australia with “diverse affordable and elevated accommodation choices”, says Centurion.

To mark the launch, Centurion unveiled its first Epiisod property in Macquarie Park, Sydney. Located near Macquarie University, Macquarie Shopping Centre and public transport, the property will increase PBSA bed supply and broaden student housing choices to the Macquarie Park and Sydney central business district (CBD) areas. The property, which will be included in Centurion's new REIT, is slated to be ready for students by Semester 1 in February 2026.
