Enviro-Hub Holdings has announced that its indirectly-owned subsidiary, QF 4, has granted an option to purchase to Extra Space Hillview to purchase its property located at level four – from units #04-01 to #04-18 – of Lam Soon Industrial Building, 63 Hillview Avenue.

QF 4 is a wholly-owned subsidiary of QF Properties, which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of EH Property & Investments, a 51%-owned subsidiary of Enviro-Hub Holdings.

The units have been sold for a consideration of $35.3 million.

The option was granted on May 14 and has been exercised by Extra Space Hillview on May 18.

The property is a freehold property with a strata area of 9,690 square metres and is currently being used by QF 4 to generate rental income from leases to tenants.

The total rental income of these existing tenancies amount to around $90,000 per month.

Shares in Enviro-Hub closed 0.6 cent higher or 7.6% up at 8.5 cents on May 18.
