Keppel Land has, on May 28, issued $280 million worth of five-year notes due 2026.
The notes will carry a coupon of 2.00% per annum and will be drawn down under its US$3 billion ($3.97 billion) multicurrency medium term note programme.

The notes are expected to be listed on the SGX-ST on May 31.
Shares in Keppel Corporation closed 4 cents higher or 0.8% up at $5.36 on May 28.
