Mapletree Investments has acquired a 34,852 sqm modern logistics facility in the Netherlands, the group announced on Dec 23.

The facility is located within Roosendaal’s Business Park Borchwerf I, one of the Netherlands’ most established logistics hubs. It is also sited within Roosendaal’s transportation network, giving it direct access to major European markets.

“The Dutch logistics sector is a resilient market underpinned by strong fundamentals, driven by the continued growth of e-commerce and ongoing supply chain optimisation,” says Ralph van der Beek, CEO of Mapletree’s European commercial and logistics arm.
