A US$3.2 billion ($4.22 billion) mixed-used project co-developed by Frasers Property (SGX:TQ5) Holdings (Thailand) and TCC Assets (Thailand) called One Bangkok has launched today, after it was first announced in 2018. 

The project is one of Thailand’s largest private sector development projects, connecting the business districts of Sathorn and Silom with Rama IV Road. The development comprises luxury and lifestyle hotels, residential towers, offices, and retail malls. 

In its retail mall, One Bangkok Retail has three interconnected retail destinations that spans a total net lettable area of 160,000 square meters. It has the capacity to house 900 stores.
