Elite Commercial REIT manager undergoes internal restructuring

The manager of Elite Commercial REIT has completed an internal restructuring on September 7.

Elite Partners Holdings, the majority shareholder, has had its stake reduced to 68% from 85% previously. Sunway RE Capital’s stake remains the same at 15%, and Jin Leng Investments, the investment vehicle of Tan Dah Ching holds 17%.

Tan, who previously owned 20% of Elite Partners Holdings, no longer holds any interest in the company following the internal restructuring.

The board composition of the Manager remains unchanged.
