The manager of ESR-LOGOS REIT has appointed Karen Lee as the deputy CEO of the manager.

Lee was previously CEO of the manager of ARA Logos Logistics Trust (ALOG), which has been merged with the former ESR-REIT.

Lee held the position of CEO of ALOG’s manager from June 2020 to May this year.

At the same time, the manager of ESR-LOGOS REIT made several changes to its board and management.

This includes the appointment of ESR chairman Jeffrey Perlman as the chairman of the executive committee of the ESR-LOGOS manager.

Other appointments to the board of the manager include Trent Iliffe, who will be joining as non-executive director. Iliffe, who is presently the managing director and co-CEO of LOGOS property group, will also be a member of the executive committee.

Independent chairperson of the board, Stefanie Yuen Thio, will be appointed as a member of the nominating and remuneration committee (NRC).

Nagaraj Sivaram has joined the board as an independent non-executive director and is a member of the audit, risk management and compliance committee (ARCC). His appointment was effective on June 3. Sivaram was previously an assurance partner at Ernst & Young LLP and retired from his role on June 30, 2019, after 35 years with the firm.

Ooi Eng Peng, non-executive deputy chairman, will be stepping down from the board and the various sub-committees after almost 10 years of service.

With the new board appointments and changes to the sub-committees, we look forward to invaluable contributions from the board and the management team as ESR-LOGOS REIT propels to the next stage of growth,” he continues.

Units in ESR-LOGOS REIT closed flat at 40.5 cents on June 30.
