Major unitholder buys Sabana REIT units at discount taking stake towards 20%

Quarz Capital Asia divested 22.5 million Sabana Industrial REIT units at 34.5 cents on Nov 8 in an off-market transaction, taking its stake in 12.3%. Volare Group acquired 22.5 million Sabana REIT units at 34.5 cents in an off market transaction taking its stake to 19.79%. Sabana REIT last traded at 34.5 cents on Sept 6, before the Federal Reserve cut the federal funds rate by 50 basis points. The two stakes together add up to 32%.
