A share price surge of 22.9% to 10.2 cents in Kitchen Culture’s share price at 3.58pm on June 22 has triggered a query from the Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) on the same day.
In a filing at 4.01pm, the market regulator noted the unusual volume movements in the counter’s shares and has asked that it reveal any information that may have led to the movements.
