SINGAPORE (Jan 30): Advanced 5G standalone (SA) network technology will be put on show at Singapore’s Chingay parade this year, thanks to a collaboration between telecommunications firm M1 and Huawei International, the provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.

One of Asia’s largest street parades, the two-day Chingay parade will be held on Jan 31 and Feb 1.

Adding a unique technological element to this year’s parade, M1 and Huawei will deploy its 5G SA network infrastructure and state-of-the-art equipment to enhance the overall parade experience.
