Oceanus to acquire 60% stake in Australian BNY Abalone World Factory Outlet

SINGAPORE (July 28): Oceanus Group has entered into a collaboration agreement with Australia-based abalone processor and retailer, BNY Abalone World Factory Outlet, to further expand sales into Melbourne, Sydney and Asia-Pacific markets.

Under the agreement, Oceanus will own 60% of BNY which will later be renamed Oceanus Australia World (OAAW).

BNY will focus on production, quality control, formulation of new recipes, managing of the duty free store in Gold Coast and driving domestic sales within Australia.
