Blancpain has unveiled the Villeret Quantième Perpétuel model, issued in an 88-piece limited edition. The Villeret collection symbolises classicism and embodies the brand’s values of traditional watchmaking, conveyed through movements with horological complications such as the perpetual calendar. The new timepiece reprises the signature dial layout of Blancpain watches featuring this complication. Displays are driven by a self-winding 5954 movement and indications are smooth and easy to adjust with underlug correctors. The platinum case has a double-stepped bezel. Measuring 40mm in diameter and water-resistant to 30m, the timepiece features an antireflective sapphire crystal protecting a deep blue dial, punctuated by slender white-gold hour markers.

Sleek in silver
Panerai has introduced a new version of its iconic Luminor Marina, with a stainless steel case and bracelet and the P.9010 Manufacture automatic mechanical movement. Available in 42mm and 44mm, the timepiece features a new silver-coloured dial with a brushed finish formed of vertical stripes, and large figures covered with white luminous material ensuring visibility at night and underwater. The case, made of AISI 316L stainless steel, features the classic Panerai design, with the “bridge” device that protects the winding crown. The metal bracelet’s links are integrated with the other links without any screws, making it flexible on the wrist.
