Spin or indoor cycling has amassed a following in recent years. This workout involves not just pedalling on the bike but it combines choreography and core work throughout the class. While many enjoy the upbeat music and flashing lights (that remind them of the good old days of dancing the night away in a club), spinning is definitely a great cardio workout for all.
A few months into the year, it seems those fitness goals have stalled thanks to all the seeming endless festive celebrations and feasting.
