The metamorphosis of contemporary Italian restaurant Altro Zafferano

Now swathed in romantic peachy-grey hues complemented by plush modern furniture, Altro Zafferano looks more contemporary and inviting as it does away with starchy linens and formal tableware

When Zafferano opened in 2012, it was one of the few destinations for sky-high dining where one could enjoy a bird’s eye view of Marina Bay while indulging in fine Italian cuisine. A decade later, Zafferano remains a popular destination for romantic dinners, weddings, champagne brunches and corporate events.

But with the fast pace with which the food industry evolves in Singapore, change seems to be the only constant. Rather than rest on its laurels, Zafferano is ready for a reinvention. To commemorate its 10th anniversary, the restaurant recently underwent a rebranding and image refresh, unveiling a fresh new dining concept with chic new interiors and a new name. Today, it’s called Altro Zafferano, which means “the other Zafferano”.
