What do a villa in Bali and a book have in common? For starters — and perhaps, enders, too — it’s best to not judge them by their outsides. For BOSS, its new venture into luxury hospitality tells one story on the outside, and a whole other story within.
BOSS House Bali — at least viewed externally — boasts the renowned architect Alexis Dornier’s minimalist signature. On the inside, however, the six-bedroom villa has been jazzed up for a fun, indulgent getaway location.
Debuted alongside the brand’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection, BOSS House Bali was initially open to “a select group of HUGO BOSS Experience members, VIP customers, media, and key tastemakers from the Asia Pacific region”.
That’s not to say there won’t be an opportunity for you to have a go at the place, though; rooms will be available for reservation from June 16 to August 31.
Entering through the front gates, one is greeted by BOSS-branded surfboards and bicycles, in a hint at the vibe throughout the rest of the villa.

Of course, one can’t be in Bali and not soak up some Indonesian culture. Touches of traditional design — artworks, woven furniture — are dotted throughout the space.
The centrepiece of the property is a large central swimming pool. Here, a water slide has been installed on the second floor, while brightly coloured deck chairs and more surfboards frame the space.

To boost the experience, BOSS has designed a “fully immersive journey” with the brand’s products available around the villa; think curated items from the Spring/Summer 2024 collection, bathrobes, towels and even branded stationery. Activities available include yoga, spa treatments, and bespoke dining experiences.
