While the adults enjoy the newly-opened Orchid Haven in Cloud Forest or the Dale Chihuly: Glass in Bloom exhibition (extended till Oct 3) let the kids partake in a day of outdoor exploration at Gardens by the Bay’s Warriors Holiday Camp (Sept 8 and 9).

Organised by Bollywood Adventures, the full-day garden outing is designed to let children six to 12 years of age gain an appreciation of the many wondrous plants that are intricately linked to our food and culture. The day camp will include educational and fun-filled hands-on activities that bring children closer to the sources of their food and encourage experiential learning.

For pre-schoolers aged three to six, sign them up for My Little Garden Kingdom Workshop (Sept 5 and 12), a one-hour green activity organised by De Kinder Club filled with storytelling and plant potting.
