SINGAPORE (Apr 16): There are currently two dissenting faction of shareholders at Datapulse Technology.

On faction is led by Ng Bie Tjin @ Djuniarti Intan and have a total stake of 16% in the company. They are proposing to bring in a new board that will include Aspial Corp’s CEO Koh Wee Seng.

If voted in, they will pay shareholders a total of 32 cents a share via both a special dividend and a capital reduction.
