APAC Realty inks partnership to help Chinese buyers lease out, resell properties

SINGAPORE (Mar 14): Real estate services provider APAC Realty has entered into a partnership with MLN Overseas (Singapore) to help buyers from China to lease out or resell their properties in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

MLN Overseas (Singapore) is the only China-based overseas real estate company with branches in Southeast Asia. In the past two years, the group has sold around 1,600 units of properties in Malaysia, Thailand and other countries in the region to Chinese customers.

According to the agreement, APAC Realty will – through its subsidiary ERA Realty Network and its affiliates in Asia Pacific – help MLN’s customers to lease out or resell these properties.
