SINGAPORE (Nov 22): Chip Eng Seng, the construction and property group, is jointly acquiring two adjoining properties in South Perth, Western Australia, for A$10.9 million ($11.1 million).

The properties are located at 31 Labouchere Road and 24 Lyall Street, and have an aggregate site area of 2,040 sqm.

In its filing, Chip Eng Seng says the acquisition will be accomplished through new joint venture company CES Sirona Lyall (WA) formed via its wholly-owned subsidiary CES South Perth (WA), and Sirona Lyall Street.
