SINGAPORE (July 26): Keppel Capital Ventures has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with MindChamps PreSchool to establish a new private fund with an initial target fund size of $200 million.

Keppel Capital Ventures is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Capital, the asset management arm of Keppel Corporation.

The proposed Keppel MindChamps Education Real Estate Fund will be managed through a 50:50 joint venture between Keppel Capital and MindChamps.
