SINGAPORE (June 28): Koh Brothers Group, the construction, property development and engineering solutions provider, announced that its first freehold development project in South Korea is 96% sold.

Located in the prime Gangnam district, Seoul, Koh Brothers’ 45%-owned property, Nonhyeon I’PARK, comprises 99 apartment units, 194 OfficeTel SoHo units and 53 retail units within a land area of 4,611 sqm and gross floor area of 30,816 sqm.

The upscale apartment units range from 70 sqm for a 1-bedroom unit to 125 sqm for a 3-bedroom unit. The OfficeTel units consist 1- and 2-bedroom units and loft units boasting a ceiling height of 4.25 metres, ranging between 67 sqm and 85 sqm, while retail units range from 50 sqm to 150 sqm.
