SINGAPORE (Mar 9): Koh Brothers has submitted the winning bid of $120.4 million in a tender for the en-bloc sale of Toho Mansion at 186-200 Holland Road.

The 4,427.8 sq m freehold site is within a private enclave overlooking the adjacent Good Class Bungalow housing estate, and currently comprises two four-storey residential blocks accommodating a total of 32 apartments.  

It has direct access to Holland Road and North Buona Vista Road, which are connected to major hubs such as Buona Vista Sub-Regional Centre, One-North, National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Orchard Road shopping belt.
