(Apr 4): A downturn in Melbourne's property market has resulted in the contrasting fortunes of condos built by the Koh brothers.

Both listed on the Singapore Exchange, Koh Wee Meng controls developer Fragrance Group while brother Wee Seng controls developer Aspial Corp.

Sale of Fragrance's two residential projects in central Melbourne -- the Premier Tower and 555 Collins Street -- are said to have slowed to a crawl.
