SINGAPORE (Aug 3): Roxy-Pacific Holdings is acquiring its second hotel in Japan and jointly acquiring an office in Auckland with Chip Eng Seng Corp.

In the first filing, Roxy-Pacific says it is acquiring Tenmabashi Grand Hotel Osaka for a consideration of 3 billion yen ($36.8 million).

The 154-room, nine-storey hotel with a total floor area of 3,672.26 sqm is located near the longest shopping street in Japan – Tenjibashi shopping street.
