SINGAPORE (Apr 12): CapitaSpring will be the name of the tallest and greenest buildings in Raffles Place.

The 51-storey skyscraper at 88 Market Street has also secured its first anchor office tenant, JP Morgan, ahead of its scheduled completion in the first half of 2021.

The global banking and financial services provider will take up almost a quarter of the 635,000 sf of the net lettable area (NLA) at CapitaSpring.
