Rotary shares up 8.5% to 44.5 cents on privatisation offer

SINGAPORE (Oct 2): Shares of Rotary Engineering are up 8.5% or 3.5 cents to 44.5 cents at 2.56pm with 7.2 million shares traded.

The surge follows an announcement this morning by offeror Orochem to take the company private for 46 cents each.
