Secura disposes all 45% stake in loss-making Thai associate

SINGAPORE (Mar 27): Secura Group is disposing its 45% stake in loss-making associate Secura (Thailand) (STCL) for the token sum of $1 to buyer Fidelium Thailand.

Secura decided to dispose its entire stake in STCL after taking into consideration the challenges of business costs which had yielded negative returns on investment.

"The proposed disposal will allow the company to free up resource s to focus on its core business segment," says Secura in a Tuesday night filing.
